When you make an in-app purchase for a premium version of the app and for some reason delete the app on the device you had originally installed the app or purchase a new iOS device, you can still download SmartBP and use the premium version without having to pay for the app again. This can be done by tapping on the "restore" option in the settings page and entering your apple id and password. The apple id must be the same apple id used to download the premium version of SmartBP.
