FAQ > Microsoft HealthVault > I have lost all my records in the mobile device and Microsoft HealthVault after syncing. How do I restore my records?

Search the FAQ for entries containing:

When you delete records on your device and sync with Microsoft HealthVault, the records that you deleted in the device are also deleted in Microsoft HealthVault. You can restore the lost data on Microsoft HealthVault by signing in to Microsoft HealthVault and going to Health Information>More Actions>View Trash. Select the data you want restored and click "Restore". The data is restored in Blood Pressure Measurement. If you want this data back on your device, sync with Microsoft HealthVault from the mobile device.

Note that in Microsoft HealthVault you need to select all data for each page. Selecting the all check box in the restore page will only restore the data in that page, look in the bottom for each page to be restored.
