Yes. Tap on the "Sort BY" in the history page and select "TAGS". Then select the tag you would like to filter. For e.g. if you would like to see all your records for the tag "Low Salt Diet", select this tag and tap on done, you will be taken back to the history page and all records with the tag  "Low Salt Diet" will be displayed.
