Search the FAQ for entries containing:

There are 3 ways of taking backup of data:

1) In history page, select the data you want to backup, tap on the move button (swirled arrow logo), select export file, name your backup file and tap on done. A new CSV file with all the data selected is created. Use iTunes to sync the file between the application and your PC. You can now download the exported file to your PC's local drive.

2) In history page, select the data you want to backup, tap on the share button and select e-mail CSV file. Enter your e-mail ID and tap the send button. The backup file will be in your inbox.

3) Sync data with Microsoft HealthVault. To learn more go to the FAQ section for Microsoft Healthvault.
